At the helm of Hydrozens.com is Mr. Sreeramulu Naik, a distinguished engineering professional with over 16 years of leadership experience in the global Oil & Gas and Energy sectors. He holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical Engineering from JNTU Anantapur and a Master’s degree in Engineering from the prestigious National Institute of Technology (NIT) Trichy, India. His strong academic foundation, coupled with extensive industry expertise, enables him to lead with both technical excellence and strategic foresight.

As Managing Director of Hydrozens.com, Mr. Naik provides strategic direction and executive oversight, ensuring the company delivers on its vision of innovation, operational excellence, and sustainable growth. He brings proven expertise in Project Management, Engineering, and Risk Management, with a strong focus on corporate governance, business strategy, and international compliance. Under his leadership, Hydrozens.com upholds the highest standards of safety, accountability, and performance, while fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration across all functions.

Throughout his career, Mr. Naik has collaborated with world-class organizations including Saipem, Shell, BP, Bechtel, Enka, and Smiths, successfully leading complex projects across Georgia, Russia, Kazakhstan, China, the Middle East, and India. His global exposure has strengthened his expertise in multinational project execution, stakeholder engagement, regulatory frameworks, and cross-cultural leadership.

Mr. Sreeramulu Naik

Satish Kallakuri is a seasoned engineering leader with 30+ years of global experience in oil & gas, refineries, gas processing, and chemical industries, now actively contributing to the emerging hydrogen economy. A Rotating Equipment Specialist, he has delivered complex EPC and FEED projects across India, the Middle East, Europe, USA, and Asia, handling critical assets such as centrifugal hydrogen recycle compressors, gas turbines, and advanced pumping systems.

Having collaborated with global OEMs including GE, Man Energy, MHI, IHI,etc., Satish has developed expertise that directly supports both green and grey hydrogen projects. His work on hydrogen compression, refinery expansions, and gas processing facilities provides a strong foundation for scaling solar-powered electrolyzer projects and grey-to-green hydrogen transition models with carbon capture integration.

He has held leadership roles as Lead Engineer, Head of Engineering, and Program Manager, overseeing Business Bevelopment, Client Engagements, Vendor Negotiations, and Cross-Border Project Execution for world-class clients like Shell, ONGC, Oil India, ADNOC, ExxonMobil, British Gas, Technip, Saudi Aramco, etc.,.

With this unique blend of technical and managerial expertise, Satish is well-positioned to drive business growth, partnerships, and strategic initiatives in the green and grey hydrogen value chain, contributing to global decarbonization goals while ensuring reliable energy infrastructure.

Mr. Satish Kallakuri

With over 35 years of professional expertise, I have successfully led major projects across Oil & Gas, LNG, Pipelines, Refinery & Downstream, Fertilizer, and Renewable Energy industries. My career spans prestigious EPC conglomerates including Bechtel, Mitsubishi, and Saipem, where I dedicated 23 years to driving excellence in project execution and organizational development.

I bring deep experience across the full value chain—from early customer engagement through project delivery—with proven leadership in steering large-scale, complex projects to completion. My adaptability and ability to take on diverse roles have enabled me to align organizational strategies with long-term sustainable business objectives.

Throughout my career, I have been recognized for crystallized thinking, strategic direction-setting, and decisive action, ensuring projects are executed with efficiency, quality, and vision.
